In June of this year, RESTANCE acquired East African Development Partners LLC and named its CEO, Randell Torno as the CEO of RESTANCE. With the assets and business operations acquired through East African Development Partners, RESTANCE is pursuing several business lines in the growing economies of East Africa. The Company is developing opportunities in the region including initiatives in technology and systems integration services, utility support services, affordable housing and health products manufacturing. Through the acquisition of East African Development Partners, RESTANCE owns a majority interest in manufacturing equipment being integrated into a health products manufacturing facility currently under development.
